Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you enrol in the Hayden certification, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
Last updated 27 July 2026
What we collect
We collect the email address and name you provide at sign-up, your course enrolment and lesson progress, knowledge-check results, and any certificates issued to you.
How we use it
Your information is used to give you access to the program, save your progress, issue and verify credentials, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Public verification
A certificate is only discoverable by its unique code. When someone verifies a code, we display the holder's name, the course completed, and the issue date — nothing else from your account is exposed.
Security
Member data is stored in an access-controlled database where row-level security policies restrict every record to its owner. Administrative access is limited to named accounts holding an explicit admin role.
Your choices
You may update your name from your profile at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated learning records by contacting us. Deleting your account also revokes any issued certificates.
Children
Hayden is intended for adults responsible for the care of a child. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
