Terms of Service
These terms govern your enrolment in the Hayden certification and your use of this platform.
Last updated 27 July 2026
Your account
You must be 18 or older to enrol. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal — course access may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Program access
Enrolment grants you access to the modules and lessons in the pathway you purchased. Access does not expire, though we may update, reorder, or improve content as standards and research evolve.
Assessments and credentials
A certificate is issued when you complete every lesson in a pathway and pass each module knowledge check at 75% or above. We may revoke a credential if it was obtained through misrepresentation or account sharing.
Not medical advice
Hayden teaches evidence-based caregiving and safety standards. Nothing in the program is medical, diagnostic, or emergency advice, and it does not replace guidance from a qualified clinician. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Payment and refunds
Enrolment fees are charged in US dollars at the price shown at checkout. If the program is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than one module for a full refund.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, record, redistribute, or publish course material, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform to harass others or to submit unlawful content to the assistant.
Accessibility
We build Hayden to meet WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, captioned and narrated lessons, and text that reflows at 200% zoom. If any part of the platform is difficult to use with your assistive technology, email accessibility@gethayden.com and we will respond within five business days.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to enrolled members. Questions can be sent to support@gethayden.com.
