Hayden exists because the first twenty-four months are the most consequential and the most poorly served window in a child's life. Guidance is everywhere; a defensible standard is not. We built one — researched, written, assessed and verifiable.
How we build the curriculum
Evidence before opinion
Every claim in the curriculum traces back to peer-reviewed pediatric or developmental research, or to published guidance from a recognised health body. Where the evidence is genuinely unsettled, we say so rather than pick a side.
Written to be used at 3am
Lessons are short, plainly written and structured around what a caregiver actually has to decide. No jargon, no padding, no filler modules.
Assessed, not just watched
A Hayden credential means the holder passed a knowledge check on every module — not that they clicked through a video library.
Reviewed on a cycle
The standards council revisits the full curriculum annually, and immediately whenever major guidance changes. Credentials remain valid; the material behind them stays current.
